Buyegi Trust Fund (BTF) is a non-governmental development organization centered on the welfare of children and youths.
Executive Summary
BTF exist to empower children and youths to unveil and unleash their full potential through inclusive, innovative, transformative and sustainable learning techniques and methods.
Buyegi Trust Fund has been registered officially in the Tanzania Mainland by the Registrar for Insolvency and Trusteeship Agency (RITA) of Tanzania, in accordance with the provisions of the Trustees’ Incorporation Act (CAP.318 R.E.2002).
The main activities of Buyegi Trust Funds seek to further and realize the Sustainable development Goal number four (SDG4, 2015) which is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. While embracing all the 10 target outcomes of the SDG4, BTF will put much emphasis in the part of Inclusion and equity such that; All people, irrespective of sex, age, race, color, ethnicity, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property or birth, as well as persons with disabilities, migrants, indigenous peoples, and children and youth, especially those in vulnerable situations or other status, will have access to inclusive, equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities. In the end we want to ensure that all have been given opportunities and relevant support to unleash their unique potentials and acquire relevant skills for decent work.
